HOW TO GET STARTED
STEP 1
Introductory Meeting
The first step involves a 30-minute virtual meeting for us to understand your goals and for you to ask questions about our services. This meeting is about determining if we are the right fit to work together.
STEP 2
Detailed Intake
Next is a 1.5 hour intake where we discuss in extensive detail the challenges and symptoms that you experience. It may sometimes involve a written assessment.
STEP 3
Plan Development
Following the intake we identify exercises and suggest strategies to experiment with, based on your unique set of challenges. We create a highly personalized plan for each of our clients.
STEP 4
Implementation
We recommend meeting at least every 2 weeks to review progress and hurdles. From there we modify your personalized plan and continue until you achieve your desired goals and change.
